So you all know about my love of all things meat. In particular, bacon, but if it’s meat I won’t say no. Almost ever.
Well imagine my delight when I remembered this week is Sausage Week.
It’s like, how much pork in a skin can someone eat? And even better, we can get out our pork swords and enjoy them in ever shape and size.
So how will you be doing your sausages this week? Will you have a pork sausage feast? Or maybe you’re veggie and going down a seasonal pumpkin and soya sausage?
